We are performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance to migrate our case notification system from our legacy NGINX Ingress Controller to our new F5 NGINX enterprise platform.

During this window, notification delivery may experience brief intermittent delays as traffic is securely cut over. All queued notifications will be processed immediately following the migration.
