Cyderes' third-party case management provider will be performing system maintenance during a 90 minute window starting at 0200 UTC, April 7th. During the maintenance window, certain backend processing will be queued which could result in delayed case notifications and updates coming from legacy versions of TSI. Queued tasks will begin processing upon completion of the maintenance window. Cases for alerts will continue to be created and triaged by the SOC during this time, and should remain visible in the My Cyderes portal.
